They are addicts milking the system to stay stoned. They love it. Instead of being treated like the criminals they are, retard liberals are sympathetic. What a joke. Enabling. That’s what it is.
Bad policy in blue states by mayors and governors and the country folks get to pay for it.
This is why we are going to see state borders change routinely from now on.
The solution for homeless is a plot of land outside the City where they can pitch their nasty tents but have a convenience store (private, for profit), clinic (City funded), functioning toilet/shower facilities and daily.
clean up mandatory by occupants. City funded police patrols as required.
Build a small facility because as homeless bums found out they could still hangout in downtown somewhere else they would leave.
All the foregoing would be mandatory, no hanging out downtown anymore.
Liberals love the word FORCE. Force our side to allow boys shower with girls, FORCE us to kill babies, FORCE on climate issues, FORCE on defunding cops and on and on. Time to use some FORCE on The Left.
99% is an overstatement. Nearly 60% of Oregon’s population lives near Portland. That means only 40% is not objectionable. Not 99%.
These programs have nothing to do with homelessness or the desire to solve the problem.
They have everything to do with funding a program that puts money in the pockets of DEM donors which flows back into DEM coffers.
That’s $18,037 each.
