Listed by frequency in the package insert (1 is very rare, 5 is very frequent), which is why headaches are basically always listed first on commercials as it goes by frequency. Most people have at least one headache even during a 1 year Phase III trial and that has to be reported, which is why almost every medicine lists that as a side effect.
I’m not saying Pharma doesn’t lie and cheat, that’s obvious, but there is a widespread misunderstanding on how side effects are “found” during Phase III. Iif there is a causal serious side effect found against the control/placebo group, theoretically that medicine won’t ever be approved. I say theoretically because it seems apparent now that the FDA is totally in the pocket of the pharmaceutical companies after I witnessed this Clot Shot EUA debacle and associated politicization of it by mainly the Leftists/Globalists and their controlled media, which garner billions a year from Pharma companies in a cycle of propaganda.

Crack down on 1st-Amendment-skeptical politicians. Ban them from social media platforms until they STFU.
At this point, I’m willing to consider the idea that what St. Paul describes as a “strong delusion” in 2 Thess. 2:11 might not be so much a single big lie as an entire system for propagating many lies. IOW, leftist-run social media operating in sync with corrupt government.
Not committed to that take, but it’s definitely one of those “Things That Make Ya Go Hmmmmm.”
