The problem with that is that he didn’t “repost” the picture. He forwarded a link to an article about Bragg. I don’t know about you but when I send a link to a story it quite often just goes out as the link, but when it arrives there is a picture attached, and quite often that picture wasn’t even in the linked article. I’m not sure how that happens, but it does. Besides, Trump did remove it.

Trump forwarded a link to a story about Bragg and that was the picture that was produced for that link, he didn’t make it himself. IOW, the picture was FAKE NEWS.
I wonder why all the "anti-disinformation" algorithms didn't flag it ...

No, but childish insults like that turn off a LOT of people. 1/3 of voters are independents. You won’t get their vote by acting like a pissy 5 year old - which is part of Trump’s problem.
