The Department of Justice (DOJ) said on Friday that President Biden will not assert executive privilege over court-ordered depositions from former President Trump and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Trump has also not requested an assertion of privilege over the depositions, the DOJ said in Friday’s filing.
Wray and the former president have been ordered to sit for depositions in lawsuits brought by two former FBI employees who claim they were unfairly targeted for their work investigating Trump’s ties to Russia during the 2016 election.

This is trouble. Trump will lose against Peter's and Lisa's sob story in this court, and under this judge.
DC judges and juries are another card trick that the Dems use to intimidate patriots AND to support their own narratives.
Republicans can’t get impartial justice there, and they know it. Defendants in these cases should have a right to seek a change in jurisdiction.

Since when is it a sitting president’s authority to rule over whether or not to assert executive privilege for a former president in a court case?
This would be a case over something which happened when Trump was president. The judicial branch is not the executive branch’s boss.
Trump can ask for a different venue. Only problem is it happened in Washington DC so he’d have to have a good reason.
Great point! I classified this story as “BS” based on the poor basis of the story. It makes no sense.
