Mexico has expressed its interest in joining the BRICS group of emerging economies, which currently consists of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. The Mexican Foreign Minister, Marcelo Ebrard, said that Mexico shares the vision and values of the BRICS and hopes to deepen its cooperation with them in various fields, especially in medicine and trade.

They are not the only ones.

Also: Egypt, Argentina, and Turkey.

IMHO-

We took it to far.

May it be printing money and this inflation we caused, all awhile we lecture the PRC about trade and currency practices. A war in Ukraine where no one can articulate a reasonable national security argument, a war with a pure economic expansionist cause. Our breaking of long standing promises, stepping away from agreements, example breaking the ballistic missile treaty, NATO expansion into former Soviet Republics... Pushing on our neighbors as with Mexico where we essentially coerce them into action under duress... https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/3/9/mexicos-president-slams-calls-for-us-military-to-target-cartels (Not the one sided perspective of the US MSM which is basically an unofficial PR extension of the Democrat party).

We likely blew up a frigging pipeline that one of our NATO allies gets much of their natural gas from: https://nypost.com/2023/02/08/seymour-hersh-claims-us-navy-behind-nord-stream-2-pipeline-explosion/

We are essentially paying for a mercenary army in Ukraine and trained locals that supported an outright NAZI ideology. We invaded Syria essentially, a formal Russian ally since the 1970s with a Russian navy and air base there. We overthrew an elected President In Pakistan because he wasn't willing to play along with our Russian sanctions. We have folks in Libya which we want to not talk about, again a Russian aligned state where we caused an uprising and then paralyzed their military with an air campaign. When the Solomon Islands (6,000 miles from our border) want to enter a security agreement with the PRC, we leverage all our political and economic might to block this, but then we talk about sovereignty regards the Ukraine: https://apnews.com/article/china-australia-united-states-solomon-islands-honiara-0fc2ce7a1cbbf784907c8f92312841c7

This is going to backfire.

Forget the moral high ground. We lost that a long time ago. Today we torture (enhanced interrogations), kidnap (extraordinary rendition), assassinate, censor, deny folks Constitutional rights, aim our military and intel services inward just like the rest of them.

However, we are now becoming a pariah except for our own internal media and close allies that will still talk about democracy, freedom, human rights, sovereignty and all that nonsense. We are now becoming a belligerent that is not trusted nor liked except in the world we own/control (our empire). There is such a thing as pushing to hard, as being to forceful, being a "bully." This sort of stuff is being heard and noticed: https://www.newsweek.com/lindsey-graham-mexico-military-drug-kidnapping-1786025

You see, Trump had a way of saying things which was crass, at times painful, piercing. But he NEVER did anything stupid like cause a war with Russia, propose invading Mexico (what we are talking about), lean on allies to play along with some sanctions to the point where it could cause problems for them, i.e. Egypt...

Empires usually get this sense of invincibility, an arrogance, which eventually comes to bite them in the ass.

Let’s close the US border with Mexico, deport the quarter or more of their citizens now in the US, and let them see if their new partners will help them out. Maybe they can send their unwanted citizens to Siberia? Or to the battle lines in the Ukraine? We sure don’t need them any more than Mexico wants those millions of citizens back. And we don’t need Mexico, either.

It appears that we have a new battle line being drawn between the US and BRICS (home to Russia, India, China, etc.). Will Biden push or allow everyone to side with them, leaving us to stand alone? And as we do so, when do we stop funding, aiding, and trading with these adversaries and enemies? When do we stop allowing their citizens to enter and stay in our country?

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris - the gift that keeps on giving. Pushing the United States further into decline both domestically and abroad.

This didn’t happen under President Trump.

“still talk about democracy, freedom, human rights, sovereignty and all that”

No, what we demand of allies and trading partners is gay marriage and tranny stuff. Blinken said he talks about faggot sex stuff with the Saudis every time he meets with them, we are demanding it of Japan, and we sent Kamala to Africa to scold the Ugandans for their recent strict stance on it. That flag over Kabul didn’t go unnoticed.
That’s what is meant by “our values” these days. Until the neocons are removed from positions of power, that’s the guiding light of our foreign policy. We will go to war for it, or will we? Maybe this will just pass, and we will get back to owning the libs about tax cuts or something.

More like they will let these countries flood their own across the open border.

I always said to Zeepers and paid deep-state trolls regarding Ukraine: imagine a Chinese controlled Mexican Government, talking about a military alliance on the US/Mexico border, armed with advanced missiles and Russian air-defense, agitating for reconquista of formerly Mexican terrority, etc...

How would the US respond to this?

They simply dismissed it.

The real power in Mexico—the Cartels will not permit it. Anything that might close the border and hurt drug trade will be stopped cold.

With the woke green globalists targeting North American grain and energy production, BRICS+ will soon have a stranglehold on both worldwide. They will be able to OPEC us on both fronts. If it really gets nasty we could retaliate by embargoing our greatest current export, perversions.

Ya beat me too it! Maybe now all the garbage coming across the border will go to China and start demanding rights and benefits and all kinds of free stuff.

I'm sure the ChiComs will just be giddy about the new ‘’cultural enrichment’’ and ‘’diversity’’ stuff.

PG..the largest Red Chinese intel organization outside of Red China is in Mexico.

They can control both ends of the Panama Canal if they want.

Many of us have predicted if they moved on the USA it would be through our southern border.
They eliminate the USA and it eliminates nearly the whole of the western world. All they have to do is tie us up AND with today’s army headed by this pig faced son of a bitch president, we have not a chance.

BTW..the UKs total military is about 70 thousand strong with about the same in reserves. They have just around 18 support surface ships for their active carriers. They have about 150 tanks. On and on.

I was thinking that they would.

It might be nice to be right about a prediction for once.

For some reason I have a feeling if they went into China they would die, suddenly...kind of like us going into Mexico...all right for everyone to come here, but we aren’t allowed to leave the U.S. and I wouldn’t want to anyways...
