I was wondering at first about the involvement of a high performance Subaru STI.

They - not “we” - switched to STI when the woke/Marxist academics started proclaiming that “disease” “stigmitized” individuals while an “infection” does not. Never mind that with an STI you get an STD. They still think an STI makes the person sound more like a victim and THAT is why the change - another set of social “victims”. But, again, never mind the fact that rarely do monomamous married couples get an STI/STD, that almost always STI/STD “victims” made some bad choices (most of the time that’s the case). Again, they want to neutralize the choices people make, as though the choices do not matter. Even if someone makes bad choices, if something bad happens they are just “victims” of what happened. not of their own choices.
It’s NY and they are special.

Back in the day (of course that was well over 55 years ago) I was considered a handsome young stud, especially in my USMC dress blues.
Learned something pretty quick; the ones that were easy for me were probably easy for every other guy, and I was never one for “sloppy seconds”.
That was back in what most folks my age called the HIPPY DAYS of free love and free sex, only cost was at short arm inspection, those medical records go directly into your SRB and are grounds for other than honorable discharge.
It was called discharge for “MORAL TURPITUDE”!
Qualified the individual for a “other than honorable, bad conduct, or dishonorable” discharge.
I made damn sure mine was Honorable; do your job, keep your nose clean, follow lawful orders, and complete your time with no STD’s in your record book.

VD, VENEREAL DISEASES. Why do we always go along with the changes of terms? Blue was once the color of Republican, Red was the color of communists and Democrats. Control the language and you control the people.
The above examples are not big things, but they fill in the empty spots on our nations turn to the Dark Empire.
