I’m sure that the Democrats would love to have two more Senate seats as well as a few more in the House. Sounds like a plan.

We're rather hoping that combining Chicago and Milwaukee into one state, separated from both Illinois and Wisconsin, that indeed the Democrats would gain two Senate seats for the state of Chicwaukee ... but lose four Senate seats for the states of Illinois and Wisconsin cleansed of their corruption. It would be a good trade, but is a moot point.
