A New York judge warned former US President Donald Trump to refrain from rhetoric on social media that could inflame or cause civil unrest, Associated Press reported.
The judge Juan Merchan said he was not imposing a gag order, at this point, but he asked both sides to refrain from comments that could lead to civil unrest. The gag order would have restrict Trump and his legal team as well as others involved in the proceedings from speaking publicly about the case.

That statement by that partisan corrupt judge says so much about his bias and his inability to conduct a fair trial. Trump has NEVER said anything to inflame or cause civil unrest. That is media and democrat manufactured propaganda. The fact that this judge with his and his family hatred of Trump does not recuse himself just shows how unethical and corrupt he is. He and others like him will ultimately be the cause of a hot civil war if one comes.
Since this whole circus is taking place after Trump announced his running for president, a gag order would have to be put on the entire media as well as anyone connected to the Democrat party!

Judge Merkin is a clown to even bring up civil unrest. What does he think this half baked indictment is doing? And a gag order would only exacerbate it further.
Yes, it is and just imagine how easily Dershowitz and a team of 1st A. specialists would tear this judge apart for it. Then there would be the SCOTUS majority opinion. Or opinions. It would humiliate him.
Exactly. He can apply any subjective opinion to justify a rationale for a gag order. He will just wait for his orders to do it from the unseen players in this farce.
