‘Optics’ matter only to government and MSM. I could give a crap what they say or how they say it or protest. Sooner or later their protestations fall on deaf ears with the general populace who aren’t part of their victim group and all they do is foment animosity and dislike where there was none. And, truthfully? That’s what they want. To continue that government/MSM-protected victim status.
