Which one of the Kennedys (RFK’s children) has the voice impediment that makes his voice sound shaky, as though he has Parkinson’s Disease.
He is the Kennedy brother I would have expected to push forward and run for high office, but that voice may automatically rule him out. Ethel herself may have told him.
