I naively believe there are patriots on the inside giving Biden and the Democrats and the Neocons the “Trump Treatment”.
Leak anything that hurts.
Biden is expendable to the Deep State, the perfect “martyr”.

AFAIK, the itinerary is not much of a secret it is all well orchestrated where he’ll be and who he will be meeting with - at least the public schedule. Some off the books meetings I’m sure take place all the time with world leaders. But the routes he takes is definitely a secret, with several routes blocked off so nobody knows which one they will actually take or which car he is in etc.
That said, sure, could be sympathizers inside the US Security, or could even be IRA sympathizers who were involved in security on the Irish side. Or maybe just slipped out of the back pocket of someone on the detail.
I’m leaning that direction also.
Perhaps someone on the inside has children and would like to divert the upcoming nuclear war and apocalypse.
