Joe Biden’s former Department of Energy employee Sam Brinton this week pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft for stealing luggage from a Las Vegas airport.
Sam Brinton was originally charged with a felony but his charge was reduced to a misdemeanor and he will avoid jail time under a plea deal with prosecutors.
Brinton received a ‘suspended jail sentence’ of 180 days and ordered to pay $3,670 to the victim.

A former Department of Energy official pleaded no contest Tuesday to stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport last July, according to court records.
Samuel Brinton was serving as a deputy assistant secretary at the DOE at the time when the theft occurred July 6, 2022.
A warrant was issued for Brinton, who was arrested Dec. 8.
On Tuesday, Brinton was sentenced to pay $3,670.74 in restitution for the stolen luggage and clothes, and given 180 days suspended jail term.
Brinton has since been fired.
Sam Brinton was previously arrested for stealing women’s luggage at two different airports.
Brinton, a gender fluid ‘pup handler,’ was charged with felony theft for stealing a woman’s luggage in November at MSP airport in Minnesota.
Sam Brinton was also accused of stealing luggage from a Las Vegas airport.

The case against Brinton in Minneapolis is still active.
The case against Brinton in Texas is also still ongoing.
If anyone deserves to go to jail, it’s that chimpanzee.
This freaking thief should have to do time.
Third time he was caught, and he gets a slap on the wrist. meanwhile people who walked into the capital thru open doors are in jail.
Anybody else would have been charged with a Federal crime for airport security breach. But not this freak. Two sets of rules.
Amen to that. There’s that stinking two-tier “justice” system at work again.
That measly restitution doesn’t come close to compensating the woman’s loss. She will have to burn the clothes she gets back. Nobody in their right mind would touch those garments after that creep wore them.
Maybe she could donate them to a Museum of Nightmares and get a million dollar write-off. Or find a Museum of Trannies, Perverts and Queers that would want that display.
Pending charges in Texas, we will see if the blue cities are still not doing their job soon enough. I have serious doubts about the prosecutor doing the right thing.
Methinks he would enjoy some jail time.
Oh....that may be true....He might like Bubba.
Keep in that she had to spend money to replace other things that were in those bags.
This regime we have in America is a disgusting cesspool of freak. perverts and liars.
Keep in mind that she is a fashion designer and (I believe) those were all of her own professionally sewn, one-of-a-kind designs. It’s not like you can go buy those off the rack somewhere. I can’t believe that they put such a low value on her creations. The labor alone (never mind the value of her creativity) would exceed that paltry restitution.
The article doesn’t say if she had a hand in determining that $3,670 restitution amount. The plea bargain would have been negotiated between the DA and the creep’s lawyer. How did they arrive at that paltry figure?
That very low amount diminishes her professional worth and value. I would hate it if some court put such a ridiculously low value on my creations. I hope she could find legal recourse to claim her creations were worth 10X or 100X that amount and argue that her reputation is damaged by that low amount of restitution.
This Sam Brinton looks like a mutant, next to Dylan Mulvaney.
I totally agree. She looked beautiful in her clothes and he made a mockery of that.
What kind of sick human would steal a person’s clothes and have the audacity to wear them in public?
I will tell you who. A lowlife hire of the Biden regime. That is why he is barely even punished for his crime.
“”a gender fluid ‘pup handler””
Should I ask?
Sorry I asked!!!!! I did learn early in life that curiosity killed the cat - never knew what it meant as a kid - and still don’t! Thanks - I guess!
They should put a muzzle and a rope on him and tie him in the backyard!
Just like Jussie.
Good points.
Outrageous the wrist slap he got.
