Wow, you are truly upset.
Now that the photo DM used is everywhere in the public it is no longer a secret and DM was posting it just as everyone else since it has saturated the public domain.
The bigger question is what has got you so emotional and angry that you are spewing such hostility at FR.

ever been prosecuted for disseminating classified information that has already been made public in a significant manner?
I can't think of any such instances, tho' I could be wrong. In any event, there is the Law, and then there is prosecutorial discretion and precedent.
