I didn’t know FreeRepublic used crowd funding. I thought each individual sent them money directly instead of some crowdfunding site that gets to decide if the money goes to who you want it to go.
Crowdfunding is a method of raising funds for a business or project by collecting relatively small amounts of money from a large number of contributors using an online platform. FR may not use a third party for collecting but by definition it is crowdfunded. Besides, I thought conservatives were for less taxes and freedom to do what ever they wanted to do with their own money.
