Even Trump cannot reverse the disaster that is the USA. Trump could not reverse it in his single term; if he gets back in, the Deep State will just roll him again with something of the same magnitude or worse than COVID/Fauci/Scarf Lady. Maybe global thermonuclear war.

Also, mark this: the Deep State will do ANYTHING to stop Trump from being re-elected, because that result would be a blow to their illusion of control.

Vote for Trump all y'all want, but he cannot single-handedly stop the collapse of the United States, or the rest of civilization, even if he is elected.

“not one member of the Florida congressional delegation has publicly backed the governor over Trump”

Why would they back someone who has said they’re not running?

It is patently clear to me that the Biden Administration is more concerned about hiding it’s corruptness and criminality whilst also supporting very wild sexual identity norms.

We have people at all levels of entrenched leftist government like Yellen, Buttigieg, the FBI, DOJ and countless others using their assumed powers to quash dissent and complaint, and the uber left in this country along with MSM are goose-stepping the mantra right along with it.

$32 trillion dollars in debt and no end in sight. It’s play money to them and never mind the trillion dollars a year it takes to just service the debt. No wonder the rest of the world is looking for a new anchor currency besides the US dollar.

It is very easy to support Trump.

What is troubling is that Steube says that Trump alone is the guy we should want.

Is there something about DeSantis the congressmen know that we don’t, but should?

DeSantis wrote a book and from what I read from it he seems very sound. I know from other reading that he knows how to fight for what is right.

Trump knows what is right too, but he left me with doubts about being able to drain the swamp, which he left thriving.

I love DeSantis and would love to see him as POTUS - even in 2024 I’d be happy if he or Trump took the WH.

But he has ZERO chance of taking the primary from Trump. ZERO.

All he has to gain is Trump turning him into Ted Cruz... which will happen.

We face a lot of problems.

The single biggest one is the need to dismantle the entrenched administrative state, many of whom are hard core burrowed in Obama Administration hyper partisan Progressives who are fanatically dedicated to fundamentally changing America in a very bad way.

It's Change We Will All Regret by the time most Americans figure out the real agenda, but by then it will be far too late.

Trump is the only one who is even willing to try to make a dent in this problem. Even then, it's probably too late but what other choice does the country have.

And I'm well past fretting mean tweets or petty squabbles and other matters of “Not Presidential” style over substance.

Trump is the only one who can provide the leadership and clout to go head to head with the destroy America from within crowd who have taken over our government and who are now trying to take over the country.

From Wikipedia:

Born in Jacksonville, DeSantis spent most of his childhood in Dunedin, Florida. He graduated from Yale University and Harvard Law School. DeSantis joined the United States Navy in 2004 and was promoted to lieutenant before serving as a legal advisor to SEAL Team One. He was stationed at Joint Task Force Guantanamo in 2006, and was deployed to Iraq in 2007. When he returned to the U.S. about eight months later, the U.S. Department of Justice appointed DeSantis to serve as a Special Assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida, a position he held until his honorable discharge from active military duty in 2010.

DeSantis was first elected to Congress in 2012, defeating his Democratic opponent Heather Beaven. During his tenure he became a founding member of the Freedom Caucus and was an ally of President Donald Trump. DeSantis frequently criticized Special Council Robert Mueller’s investigation into allegations of “links and/or coordination” between the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

TRUMP: “Well, look, I’m very pro-choice. I hate the concept of abortion. I hate it. I hate everything it stands for. I cringe when I listen to people debating the subject. But you still — I just believe in choice. And, again, it may be a little bit of a New York background, because there is some different attitude in different parts of the country. And, you know, I was raised in New York, and grew up and work and everything else in New York City. But I am strongly for choice and, yet, I hate the concept of abortion.”

RUSSERT: “But you would not ban it?

TRUMP: “No.”

RUSSERT: “Or ban partial birth abortion?”

TRUMP: “No. I am pro-choice in every respect and as far as it goes, but I just hate it.”
