Whenever someone in person makes an unsolicited comment about the carbs I am eating, I usually just say, “look at me, look at you.” and that usually shuts them right up. I only do it if they make a comment I didn’t ask for about something I am eating.
Yeah, unsolicited nutritional advice is among the least welcome.
