Washington — Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito extended a temporary pause on a lower court order that imposed limitations on the widely used abortion pill mifepristone to Friday at 11:59 p.m.
The brief order issued by Alito preserves broad access to mifepristone for two more days.

I presume there was no one petitioning the court on behalf of those who can’t speak and will suffer irreversible loss as a result of this drug.
Pills can’t be banned. Not really. they’ll just move to a black market where they’ll be readily available.
isn’t this just a procedural ruling?
