The far right has never been fascist.
Fascism is Communism light. The left.
Communism believes in the government owning private property.
Fascism believes in the government regulating private property. (Or today being in bed with them (Follow the money???))
Fascism started when the editor of the Italian Socialist Party, Benito Mussolini, disagreed with the party over whether to enter into World War I to capture culturally Italian regions of Austria-Hungary. He formed his own party of militarily aggressive socialists.
