No it is not - the launch pad has only been tested once for 5 seconds- no one could be sure if it would withstand the full burn through a launch. It reached Max Q before failing anther huge milestone.

SpaceX tests to failure. Falcon had many “failures” until it was successful.

At least we got to see how progress is being made . One successful portion to then improve on the second.

At least we see transparency from the private sector vs never a clue of something didn’t work as designed by the government

For stuff that’s going to be human rated and flying out of the atmosphere, that’s the only way to go! I’m sad it didn’t do better, but happy it did as well as it did.
