Remember, the 2020 election was totally not rigged.
All that happened was Joe Biden’s campaign led by Antony Blinken knowingly disseminated false information to the public by getting 50 former intelligence officials to write a letter saying that a true story about his family profiting off foreign money was “Russian disinfo,” which the corporate media reported without question.
Totally normal. Totally legitimate.
In fact if you even suggest that a presidential campaign working with Deep State spooks to knowingly disseminate false information to the public with full support from the press is rigging and stealing an election, you’re a dangerous insurrectionist.

Since it’s obvious the rotten DOJ is t going to do anything about this, maybe take a page from the Dems favorite DA and have Republican state AG’s file a civil class-action suit to include all the Congressional races that could have been impacted by the letter.
There is statistical data that show there were enough voters who wouldn’t have voted for Biden had they known about the laptop. Enough voters to have changed the outcome of the election.
Go after the Biden campaign, the DNC, Blinken, and every one of the signers.
At worst, it was election interference or unlawful campaign contributions.
Time we start playing hardball.

I wish folks wouldn’t give Biden such a hard time; as Democrats go it is pretty tame. It’s not like he used the CIA to assassinate a sitting president.
