A new investigation from lawyers hired by a school board outside of Philadelphia undermines claims by the American Civil Liberties Union and the Philadelphia media that a GOP-controlled school board created a hostile environment toward gay and transgender students.
The 140-page report, presented at a school board meeting and made public Thursday night, paints a picture of an activist teacher breaking the rules to manipulate students and the media and then becoming a media darling after getting suspended for it. They also reveal that the supposedly anti-gay school administrators were, in fact, aggressive in cracking down on bullying.
The story in short: After the voters of Bucks County in 2021 swung the Central Bucks school board from Democratic control to a 6-3 Republican majority, one of the Democratic board members, and one activist teacher who was a labor union vice president, worked with the ACLU, the Biden administration’s Education Department, and the Philadelphia media to paint school leadership and the school board’s policies as harmful to gay and transgender students.
Andrew Burgess was a teacher at Lenape Middle School in Bucks County who became a media celebrity after being suspended. The ACLU filed complaints with the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, mostly stemming from Burgess’s battles with the school board. The original charge alleged that school and district administrators didn’t do anything about rampant bullying of gay and transgender students.

In practice, the local branch of the Educational Industrial Complex, peopled with jackwagons (and agendas) like Mr Burgess et al will run the process. That will ensure that ONLY rabid leftists will be authorized to be armed, and if they ever draw a gun it'll be at kids wearing MAGA hats.
And, like with this story, the teacher will be lauded and the kidz (and parents) vilified.
Sure, we will get the 140 page report, but it will never let the kidz recoup their dignity or public image, and the teacher will slink off to another district to spread his venom.

To begin with, just as with the Democratic politically correct right to murder unborn children, the states have likewise never amended the Constitution to expressly protect politically correct, career Democratic and RINO vote-winning LGBT "rights."
Next, there is no article mention of violence in connection with conservatives gaining control of school board. But even if there was violence, it remains that the drafters of the Constitution had expressly constitutionally mandated the untrusted federal government to STAND DOWN to violence unless popularly elected state government leaders decided that the state didn't have the resources to deal with the violence from a school board flipping conservative (yeah, right) and requested federal government assistance in stopping the violence.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence [emphases added]."
Additionally, both President Thomas Jefferson, in a State of the Union address, and Justice Joseph Story, had both indicated that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution before the feds could stick their big noses into INTRAstate schooling policy, something that the states have never done.

(Jefferson is indicating that Congress cannot tax and spend in the name of intrastate infrastructure imo.)

So barring unthinkable staging of violence by Biden Administration, any federal response to the new conservative school board at this point in time would be just another Biden breach of state sovereignty to add to career federal lawmakers' growing rainy day list of reasons to impeach and remove alleged election-stealing Biden from the Oval Office.
And speaking of career lawmakers, I'm now inclined to think that Democratic and Republican patriots who regularly read Free Republic can pick better MAGA candidates than Trump can to primary career lawmakers in 2024. This s because Trump is arguably getting bad advice about candidates to endorse from institutionally indoctrinated, corrupt political party-affiliated advisors imo.
What that sounds like is the kind of theological government that God set up for the Israelites back in the Old Testament.
