He would have had to fill out the form by hand at the time of the purchase, and he had to sign and date it. It’s all there in his own handwriting.

Biden is supposed to be cracking down on illegal firearm purchases. I’m shocked, shocked I say, that Hunter hasn’t been charged!

Ironically, it was Joe Biden that introduced the legislation to make lying on a 4473 into a felony punishable by 10 years in prison or $10,000 fine.

Guess which one Hunter pays and all this goes away?
