I don't believe this is true. President Trump has faced many legal issues. All of the ones in front of normal judges have either settled or he has won. AND we do not hear about them in the news.
Only the ones that draw very biased RAT hack judges go on and on and they are the only ones of any interest to the mainstream news.
This particular one, I think they have a deposition of her claiming under oath that there was no outside financing and now there is clear evidence she was lying. Seems to me that calling her a liar was not defamation, but then I go on logic.
I guess it just seems that way.
