I retired from an organization subordinate to the DOJ last year, and I can tell you that the senior leadership where I worked was entirely woke, on board with stupid 100%.

From LGBTQIA, Covid, feminist, black, Latino, Asian Pacific islander... every month of the year had a special emphasis, management all but coerced folks to play along. They built attendance and socialist propaganda training into their performance evals (required diversity training)... The senior managers were majority liberal and they were bias, but it was OK since it’s a liberal bias. After 6 January they dropped much of what was being done (real and important things) to go after protestors... It was sickening.
