but this study might imply that people with many sex partners before marriage are less stable people in general And maybe that implication is true. It might also imply things about people who repeatedly commit adultery and repeatedly divorce and remarry. Maybe that pattern of behavior suggests instability as well.
But we wouldn't want to go there, now would we? That might hurt somebody's feelings.
