In 2021, 28 percent of Black test takers were rated ready for college-level courses in English, compared to 67 percent of Whites. In mathematics, only 10 percent of Backs were rated college-ready compared to 44 percent of Whites. In science, ACT data shows 11 percent of Blacks were ready for college-level courses compared to 44 percent of Whites. In reading, 18 percent of Blacks achieved the minimal benchmark for college readiness compared to 53 percent of Whites. All of these scores for college readiness for both Blacks and Whites were down from 2020.
The most striking statistic is that only 6 percent of all Black test takers were rated ready for college-level courses in all four areas of English, mathematics, science, and reading. Whites were more than five times as likely as Blacks to be prepared for college-level work in all four areas.
And the record shows that “Diversity Hires” (Quota Hires) never pan out to be a positive. The failure rate is through the roof.

There is a huge percentage of diversity hiring in Hollywood, in TV, in government, in universities, in k-12 schools, and even in politics.
You can’t do anything wrong, even if there are tragic results with you being a diversity hire. You are the protected class, while those you serve ate the ones that pay you and could end up being your victims.
Conversely, a huge shadow of doubt is cast upon any diverse appearing person. People that buy into identity have no idea the harm they are doing themselves, business and the country. There is a massive pendulum that’s about to swing in the opposite direction. Competence will be important in five to ten years. People can only withstand destruction for so long. ‘Identity’ will be fully associated with incompetence. The really sucks for the truly competent that superficially appear as being part of the identity class. Women, negroes, Latinos, etc. really need to realize this so they avoid future discrimination.
“Diversity” is the greatest danger to the American Republic. A republic needs to be made up of a people who are united. Not a bunch of tribes full of whineyassed crybabies always fighting each other and screaming for more of the pie.

The university I was at made LGBTQ+ a hiring priority. They even tried to influence undergrads into trying LGBTQ+ crap with rainbow flags with “Try it! You might really like it!” banners all over the classroon and office buildings. I raised a formal complaint and had the main office tear down the flags and banners.
They then forced me out. Hateful lesbians!!!! Not the hot porn flicks lesbians, but academic lesbians. Really fat, ugly and nasty!!

The silence is deafening from skilled employees whose merit is suspect because they are in the same group as token hires. They're suspects by extension, in programs that force others to question the integrity of all involved.

This started before 1970, a lot of people don’t know that, in the early days employers weren’t used to watching their language yet and would say it straight out, you are a white man, we can’t take you.

It means your skill had less value for you than your skin color, your religion, or your sexual orientation. In other words you were hired for the job based on anything other than your ability to do the job.
