The WHO has sovereign immunity, and an international court in The Hague would not consider the constitutional rights of Americans.

They also have no ability to dictate US actions or enforce a single one of their regulations in the US.

The WHO can declare all the emergencies they like - US statues and our constitution determine what actions our government(s) take.

We're not giving up our sovereignty.

A genuine bona-fide treaty has to be ratified by the Senate in order to be valid.
I don’t know off hand if it’s simple majority or 2/3 vote to ratify.

If it’s not ratified it’s meaningless.
