It is pathetic that any court would allow a ridiculous lawsuit like this to advance. She has no proof other than her accusations. Just watching this clip one can see this woman is crazy.

Thirty years. Did she file a report at the time? Did she complain to friends and acquaintances? did she make public accusations? Even if it were true, it is long past the time to bring a case. At least Juanita Broaddrick had confided to a friend at the time that she had been raped by Bill Clinton. Thirty years. Not really buying it.
That said, (and just my guess) the Dems might just use, over and over, in anti-Trump ads aimed toward low info voters.
