Gender dysphoria is a mental illness. So unless the bill is banning lobotomies or some other form of brain surgery, the argument that these could be “medically necessary” is ludicrous.

I was listening to the enemy, NPR, on a drive this week and their constant drumbeat on this subject was “gender affirming treatments”.
To counter that propaganda we need to use Democrat tactics here and be as distasteful as possible. So that means talking about mutilation of children, etc., in the starkest and most graphic terms possible. Many on “our side” don’t like to get in the political gutter and brawl with Democrats. That must change if we are to win this battle.
