The Justice didn't sit down with the investigator, nor did any of the other Justices. Now he says he knows who the leaker probably was. Thus, he allowed his staff, his coworker staff and others in the Supreme Court to have their private life examined, phones checked, emails checked and other background checks necessary for a investigation.

At no point did he stand up and defend his staff. He allowed them to have their future potential hurt by such a environment that they couldn't be trusted, nor any other person working for the Justice's. Now, he puts his character out there saying he knows he did it, and didn't report it. He's a loser.

“...report it...”

He appears to be withholding his conclusion based on the facts that the investigators were able to uncover.

Not that he is withholding any salient facts.

You are being way too tough on Alito IMHO. Which makes you Epps-like.
