Former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden by seven points in a hypothetical general election match-up, according to a Rasmussen poll.

The poll, commissioned by Political Media and first reported by the Post Millenial, shows that 48 percent of likely voters prefer Trump, while 41 percent back Biden.

Moreover, the poll finds Trump’s net favorability rating registers at plus 20 points, with 59 percent saying he is favorable, “including 37% with a Very Favorable impression,” Rasmussen Reports noted. More than four in five (81 percent) of Republicans have a somewhat positive view of Trump, as do 58 percent of voters not affiliated with the two major parties.

Conversely, Biden’s favorability rating is seven points underwater. Of the respondents, 46 percent hold a positive view of the commander-in-chief, including 80 percent of Democrats, versus 53 percent who find him unfavorable.

A separate YouGov/Economist poll released on Wednesday shows a dead-heat race between Trump and Biden among U.S. adults, with both candidates at 41 percent. Another seven percent are undecided or would back another candidate, while ten percent would not cast a ballot. They remained tied at 46 percent when solely taking into account registered voters.

Trump wins 36 percent to 32 percent with independents, while Biden holds an advantage with women, at 43 percent to 38 percent. Of all respondents, 39 percent believe Trump would win that match-up, while 41 percent think Biden would be victorious.

YouGov also asked respondents who they would back in a Biden versus DeSantis race. Biden remains at 41 percent with adult participants, while 36 percent support DeSantis – a five-point drop compared to Trump. The race tightens among registered voters, with Biden up 45 percent to 42 percent.

Moreover, 39 percent of adults say Biden would beat the governor, compared to 35 percent who have faith in DeSantis to pull out a victory.

Polls don’t indicate how Biden and democrats manage to win elections on election day (or election week).

Absolute BS - A conservative group in Wisconsin has Dementia Joe up by 10% - Joe will win Wisconsin because of Tammy Baldwin running against another Scott Walker loser candidate

The polls mean nothing. They still have plenty of time for the Manhattan courts to convict him on the phony tax crimes and the fake rape. Georgia is gearing up for charges of undue influence of the 2020 election, and of course, we have the special prosecutor that will more than likely recommend charges of sedition, insurrection and obstruction for the classified documents.

Of course FJB and his methhead son will be cleared of all charges . . .

“ Polling numbers only matters in swing states. “

As long as mail in ballots is a thing, polls don’t matter.

So after it all, you're saying that Trump will poll even better?

New poll: DeSantis — not Trump — leads Biden in battleground states-April 17, 2023

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis narrowly leads President Joe Biden in the battleground states of Arizona and Pennsylvania, according to a poll of a hypothetical matchup between the two men in the 2024 presidential race.

The same survey, however, finds Biden leading former President Donald Trump in the two swing states, albeit by tight margins.

The poll, conducted from April 11 through April 13 by GOP firm Public Opinion Strategies and obtained by McClatchyDC, should bolster the argument from many DeSantis supporters that the Florida Republican is more electable than the former president. Trump lost reelection in 2020 and has continued alienating some moderate voters with his ongoing false claims that the race was stolen from him.

Only a fool or a idiot would vote for Biden or any other democrat and we seen their numbers of them in 2020 nd 2022.

Appears socialism and Marxism is growing.

Trump outperforms the polls so as long as we are in at least a deadheat he has a very good chance. Trump being up by 7 is A LOT better than being down by 7 despite what the people in Rio Linda say.

Do you guys actually believe this crap? Talk about Charlie and the football. Biden will beat Trump like a drum, because of brain-dead yoga Moms in the Philly and Atlanta suburbs who love to virtue signal and hope they can still have the ability to cart little Caitlyn or Brittney down to the abortion mill and get stupid's baby sucked out into to a sink. Throw in the degenerates, trannys, pink hairs, and the ground apes, and you have 2020, but worse.

Only thing now that can save the Republic is massive voter suppression of most women, blacks, and sexual deviants.
