A $226 million pay package for one year is criminal for any CEO of a public company, especially for a company whose stock price fell from $145 per share to $88 in that same year.

The same Board that failed their primary responsibility of shareholder primacy? Shareholders have taken an 80% haircut and you’re out here defending this nonsense.
