The few people I knew who smoked pot in high school were not firing on all cylinders to begin with.
So cause and effect may be in question, but I'm pretty sure no one improved by using illicit drugs.

The solution for pot smokers is simple. They should start using tranq instead. Tranq has “short-lived” side effects. Just take a look at Kensington, PA. It’s a model neighborhood for tranq use.
