Since they haven’t instantly stated that the motive was “racism” it’s safe to assume that the shooter was a minority, and the victims are either white or minority. Allen TX itself is about 50-50 white-minority.
Someone in another thread here said the area/mall was heavily Indian (subcontinent). If so, likely so were some of his victims.
