Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) said Monday that his state is deploying a new “tactical border force” to turn back migrants ahead of the expected surge when the federal government’s Title 42 policy ends on Thursday.
“We’re deploying today a new Texas tactical border force made up of elite National Guard who are specifically trained for one thing,” Abbott said in an interview with Fox News on Monday. “And that is to identify areas illegal immigrants are trying to cross the border and to fill that gap and to repel them.”

I vote for alligators in the Rio Grande. Abbott is just adding to the $$$$ for smoke and mirrors. He should have claimed an invasion years ago. Many citizens maimed, killed and physically hurt already but it hasn’t touched his family or friends in high places.

So impressed. NOT. Send all TXNG troops, fully armed and with rules of engagement to kill anything crossing the border. It will immediately stop illegal immigration and quickly eliminate the murder, rape and abuse of illegals. It’s the humane thing to do.
Declare war on Mexico for their complicity allowing the invasion on our southern border. With war declared, the mouths of all those undermining our sovereignty can be tried for treason. Similar to Korea, a 5 mile DMZ on Mexico’s side of the border, patrolled and defended by the U.S. military will end the invasion. This would be an effective and practical solution, but would take a government that cares about the nation. Something we don’t have at present. - IMHO.
When your country is being invaded that country has every right to defend itself up to and including deadly force with extreme prejudice.
