E. Jean Carroll was "exactly" Donald Trump's type, and the former president didn't show up at her civil trial accusing him of rape because "he knows what he did" to her, her attorney alleged in closing arguments Monday in Manhattan federal court.
Speaking to the six-man, three-woman jury, Roberta Kaplan played a video of the former president's October deposition in the case, where he looked at a picture of Carroll from the late 1980s and identified it as a photo of Marla Maples, his second wife.
Trump had said in his deposition and in public statements after Carroll accused him of sexually assaulting her in a Manhattan department store that he wouldn't have done so because she was "not my type."
"In other words, she wasn't attractive enough to sexually assault," Kaplan told the jury.
After his lawyer pointed out the mistake about who was in the photo, Trump said the picture was "blurry." Kaplan displayed it for the jury. “It’s not at all blurry,” she said, and Carroll was "exactly his type."

I’m not sure what evidence trump’s attorney used or was allowed to use by this judge.
But they allowed the testimony of the woman who said he molested her on an airplane when I know I’ve seen a British gentleman who sat across from them and totally disputed the woman’s story.
The woman was bothering trump the whole time and when he got up to use the bathroom the woman told this British fellow that she wanted to marry Donald Trump.
Regarding the plaintiff in the case, I am sure I remember she had made up rape stories about her encounters with many famous people.
And I recall that she embarrassed CNN interviewers when she started talking about how sexy it was to be raped.
Did Trump’s attorney use any of this evidence?

Tara Reade, who says Biden sexually attacked her, should really take heart with this trial, and Biden should get worried. It demonstrates that no evidence whatsoever is necessary to have a judge allow a case. I was lectured on this site by someone who said in a civil case, there are no guilty verdicts. I beg to disagree that that will be the sentiment in this case, if Trump is found liable.
If so, it will be the biggest joke for a trial in a first world country, but common in banana republics, and in Africa where courts are run by witch doctors.

Carroll has alleged she has been subject to sexual assaults and rapes or attempted rapes by a long list of “hideous men” and others, including “a bloodthirsty, beautiful, relentless boy” aged seven or eight when she was also a child, a babysitter’s boyfriend, a camp counsellor, a dentist, an unnamed pocket knife-wielding youth she went on a date with in college, an unnamed former boss, CBS chief executive Les Moonves, and finally, Donald Trump.
