Georgia court revives 2020 ballot inspection case

The Georgia Court of Appeals has revived a lawsuit from a group seeking to conduct an external review of Fulton County's absentee ballots from the 2020 election.

A superior court judge had previously dismissed the case on grounds of standing, but a recent state Supreme Court decision widened the definition, enabling several of the plaintiffs to pursue the case.

Nine plaintiffs, among them Garland Favorito, Caroline Jeffords, Trevor Terris, Christopher Peck, Michael Scupin, Sean Draime, Stacy Doran, Brandi Taylor, and Robin Sotir had originally brought the case. However, Scupin, Draime, Doran, Taylor, and Sotir are not Fulton County residents and the court upheld the determination that they lacked standing.

[snip]

"Standing should be inherent in the constitution of every state and we are very pleased that the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals have officially recognized that citizens have the right to demand accountability and transparency from their government," he continued. "We intend to go forward and examine the many irregularities that have been identified and associated with Fulton County's handling of the election, both in the way they tabulated ballots and we want to see the envelopes that should have accompanied all the absentee ballots."

VERY interesting, since the AZ Supreme Court has also given Kari Lake the go-ahead to examine the signatures on absentee ballots in her stolen election.

Maybe RINO legislatures and their ilk are finally coming to realize that the Democrats would not stop at cheating Trump in 2020, and their plan is to use cheat-by-mail-in ballots with no signature verification in all future elections? It was certainly the case in 2022.

And does anyone remember that there was one county in GA that had 900 some military ballots that were ALL for Biden? Not a single one for Trump. And those ballots were never examined for verification? Does anyone remember that?

I’ve been waiting to see if they would re-start this.

Finally, a real check on WHO voted?

AZ spent millions on a sham “audit” which failed to: a. Check signatures, and b. Canvass voters.

We all know they will find massive fraud in 2020 and 2022. But will the media report it. And would the states do anything about it. I always thought that the proof would be there but not shown to the masses until 2024, after they had a chance to do what they want. Now they go after Trump to cost him all the votes they can.

That is certainly true, but Kari Lake's case regarding signature checking has been referred back to the lower courts by the AZ supremes because the lower courts erred in denying her the chance to actually view the signatures.

I have wondered why, in the video of the GA electors pulling boxes of votes from under the tables, one question was not answered:

Why were these votes not stored in a secure location under lock and key?

Surely draping a tablecloth over a table an hiding votes under it would not count as “secure”.

And yet the press never got around to questioning that issue ...

can’t believe they saved those ballots. After 22 months I would have had a ballot bonfire.

With the courts now changing tune on these cases, it makes me wonder if they’ve received the “all clear” that all tracks have been erased.

They never asked any questions about it. They said it was debunked and nothing else was said. They ran some stacks through the machine more than once. It was ruby and her daughter. At first they were going to plead guilty and brought in for questioning. Then changed their plea to not quilty. They were found not guilty. And later given the freedom medal for protecting something. Basically paid off and let loose. Who was in charge that told them to count the votes. No chain of custody.
