I believe it was not that long ago that they passed a law forcing everyone to accept anyone who applies to rent under section 8. Same difference.
The races, nationalities and genders are already in the suburbs, in suburban homes that they struggled hard to obtain.
The ongoing Section 8 abomination added to the new war on permits for single family houses is part of the Communist plans due to their belief that the nuclear family and freedom for the individual are to be destroyed. The State will have all power and the “god” replacing God will be the State.
Our “friends” and relatives the Democrats calmly voted for all this and despise us for being judgmental “bigots.”

This was a common practice for big-city real estate agents back 1970-80s, it was called BLOCKBUSTING.

Now big gov finances their pals to put up Section 8 housing.
We used to live in Bloomingdale Il and they built a Section 8 highrise about a mile away... Cars are being broken into and many strange cars are parked in our area a friend’s car was stolen... When our BBQ disappeared my wife said it is time to move.
Now we have an open 40-acre parcel nearby, which should become high-end homes.
We are very concerned.

Actually they tried this under Cuomo’s HUD in the mid nineties on a smaller scale which had the worst Section 8 recipients move to the suburbs.
Soon the loud party, drug complaints came rolling in by the suburban neighbors. Reports of dirty diapers tossed out the window into the driveway was common.
The S8 tenants soon wanted to move back to the cities anyway away from the “whiteness” of suburbia. The whole thing was a miserable failure and the landlords who participated in the program were never forgiven by their neighbors.
Funny thing was that the high end neighborhoods that the S8 administrators lived in were purposely “red lined” out of the program.
So local planning and zoning administrations will take a back seat?
Well, my community is 'segregated' by the factor of folks NOT wanting to live in all the problems that CITIES create.

A pol is either loyal to our former republic or to Deep State.

They’re just starting to build two large apartment complexes in our small E TN town. Have heard that one is 400 units and the other looks bigger. We’re afraid this is an invasion by HUD.
