The Chevron case now before SCOTUS would stop alphabet agencies, like HUD, from making law in the guise of “regulations” or “mandates.”

Here’s hoping the judges make the right decision.

The Left is freaking out.

From Leftist VOX:

<>according to the legal database Lexis Nexis, federal courts have cited Chevron in over 19,000 different judicial opinions.<>

<>Indeed, Chevron is arguably as important to the development of federal administrative law as Brown v. Board of Education (1954) was important to the development of the law of racial equality.<>

I look forward to Justice Thomas’ scathing decision that kicks the teeth out of Chevron.
