Many of these agencies were created by Executive Order. They can be easily rescinded. Trump obviously couldn't do it the first time.

He made all kinds of huge promises about North Korea in Singapore and it had a shelf life of about one year and collapsed in May 2019 the next year… With no further talks and negotiations and not a single North Korean move to denuclearisation (let alone an inventory list or inspections) or a cessation of missile launches at Japan or liberation of thousands of Christians from DPRK concentration camps… And yet Kim Jong-un is his “big friend” (Smooooooch!! /Barf!) … Disgusting for a Conservative, anti-Communist or a lover of freedom/democracy to support any of this nonsensical horse crap
