I don't pretend to know the mind of God, or what God's intentions are. But I wonder about a couple of things.
Why does God have his attention on Israel? The Jews don't believe in Jesus. So is it ok with God that the Jews can believe in him, but not Jesus? Jesus said that NO ONE comes to the father but by me. Is that not operable anymore? If God's attention is on Israel, a nation which doesn't believe in Jesus, is Christianity now defunct in the eyes of God?

You’d have to study the old testament to start to understand that.
Short answer, yes it’s OK with God the Father for now.
God made a Covenant with Israel thousands of years ago.
God will always hold his end of the deal, although Israel has strayed from their part many times.
The Jews know that a messiah is promised.
They just don’t know that it is Jesus yet.
But they will.
The book of Revelation shows how and when that will happen.
For a good foundation for understanding the Bible, start by reading the first 11 chapters in Genesis.

No, not at all.
Jesus is concealed in the Old Testament, and revealed in the NT.

100% it sure is.
Jesus said I and the Father are One.
Back in the OT days, a lot of the prophets were despised, and even killed.
You should watch the video a few times, I believe it’s pretty accurate.
Pretty much all that has happened in the Bible was foretold; that is prophesied be4hand.
I generally avoid those who see themselves, and others see them, as prophets. So often what they say is already written in the scriptures for anyone to read and understand. Further anything they profess is ‘new’ isn’t.
A retired Pastor one shared with me - “The Old Testament tells us Jesus is coming” - “The Gospels tells us He’s here” - “The rest of the scriptures tells us He’s Coming Again”
The Bible lives and breathes Jesus Christ from start to finish.
