It will have people put chips in their hands to buy and sell goods, totally monitored. The chip will also be seen as tribute and worship to the new god of humanity.
I guarantee that the people of WEF are using AI right now to come up with a plan for 90 percent population removal. I imagine the problem would be limiting it to just 90 percent. The AI could very well decide that 100 is better.
