Parents with children or expecting to have children, should all move out of Connecticut. If a child is assaulted by a pedophile or minor attracted person, the parent won’t have a leg to stand on. It would be the parent that is liable for allowing the child in a hostile environment, but, it would no longer be, by definition in the new law, a hostile environment. It would be legal for a predator to go after kids. It would be the parents’ fault if a child is harmed.
Correction, the pedo won’t have legs to stand on.
Imagine if the parent gives testimony at the trial of a child rapist and the parent then gets brought up on “hate” charges and is eventually packed off to prison on said charges.
