The Constitution trumps this regardless what politicians think about it and abuse it. Besides, I think this news is nothing but a squirrel. Lots of news coming out about whistle blowers and the Durham report hurts the libs more than the media will report. Seriously? You think the CommucRats, the WHO, CCP, Soros, Klaus Schwab, Obama, the Clintons, Biden, etc. care what the Constitution says?
