Men have been dressing in drag for dance shows in Navy ships for a long, long time. They’ve been making fun of that in movies since the 40’s.

I crossed the equator. The day before, the men put on a show. Some were dressed as woman, but nothing like what is happening now. Ours was meant to be funny
It was fun. Not sexual indoctrination. Which is wholly what this business is.
People would laugh happily at Flip Wilson and Benny Hill because they recognized it as silly. This isn’t silly and isn’t for humor or fun.
