RUST BELT POLL: Battleground poll of Rust Belt states shows Trump 47, Biden 38, but Biden 38, DeSantis 34: Richard Baris' Big Data Poll

A new poll out from Richard Baris shows that Trump is undoubtedly in the lead in the 2024 presidential race in the Rust Belt states. Trump leads the GOP primary field with 67.5 percent, and DeSantis comes in a distant second at 17.1 percent.

Trump also leads President Biden in the poll, showing that likely voters prefer Trump to Biden 46.9 to 38.1 percent. Among those likely voters who were polled, 7.5 percent say they would opt for a third party candidate, and 7.4 percent are not yet decided.

If DeSantis were to be the nominee, according to likely voters, Biden would take the lead in that context. Rust Belt voters polled said that they preferred Biden to Florida's anti-woke governor DeSantis, 38.3 percent to 33.9 percent. In that case, more than 13 percent would opt for a third party while 14.4 percent stated they were undecided.

DeSantis has not yet announced his intention to run, but is expected to make an announcement in the coming (days.)

Biden does lead the Democrats, and he has the full force of the party, and four years in the White House, behind him. He holds 59.7 percent of likely voters, while Robert Kennedy Jr. sees 13.6 percent.

The poll was conducted with a sample size of 3,032 likely voters, with slightly more women than men polled. 1,137 of those polled are registered Democrats, while 1,146 were Republican. The states polled include Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

January 2025: President Re-elect Biden. If he’s alive, bank on it.

If Biden is actually at 38 that is a devastating number.

That’s some serious nonsensical analysis to suggest Biden at 38% would be in a “winning” position.

Get off it.

Rich Baris “The People’s Pundit”
@Peoples_Pundit
FOX asks female voters about our latest
@BigDataPoll
:

“Why is Trump crushing everyone in the Rust Belt states?”

NY: “He spoke right to voters. Whether you liked him or didn’t like him, he had something to say for the country, to bring us forward. Perhaps the reason DeSantis doesn’t have the same numbers is because he doesn’t have the same charisma...”

PA: “I don’t know if you remember when Trump was in the White House, but let’s just say our country was a different place to live. The American Dream has been lost...sending jobs overseas... the inflation numbers...”

Very interesting segment/reactions.

Looks like a phony poll to get Trump the Republican nomination because they worry DeSantis could beat any of their candidates. The dems are much more scared of DeSantis.

No the dems are much more scared of Biden, who is so bad he will step aside, before October.

The democrats aren’t scared of DeSantis.

I read their propaganda outlets almost daily, they think DeSantis is a joke.

Democrats are wanting Trump to win the nomination as they will clobber him.

Bernie said Biden could win a landslide. Democrats were always peeved that Nixon and Reagan won 49 states. I expect them to fix 49 or so next year.

In fact it is the opposant, Trump is a one trick pony and they know how to get at Trump..DeSantis is a unknown factor to the Democrats.

Rich Baris has been THE most accurate pollster over the last 4 cycles. Trump is currently carrying Pennyslvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Again.

Wait til the economy really slides into recession. Trump’s current 9 point lead will only grow.

and yes, to the doubters, 9 points is WAY beyond the margin of fraud. You can steal 1-2% fairly easily. You can’t steal 7-8-9%. That’s just too much.

Looks like you don't know what you're talking about. This has been THE most accurate poll over the last 4 cycles. The Democrats are plainly not more worried about DeSantis, they're more worried about Trump. Witness all the corrupt lawfare attempts against him.

Richard Baris is like most pollsters on the right and left, they are typically spectacularly wrong.

This poll could be spot on, who knows time will tell and there isn’t an election or primary anytime soon.

Richard Baris is a frequent guest on Steve Bannon’s War Room, before the midterm election, he was just about every night, touting all the Republican Candidates that were going win, the majority lost.

Yes, there was cheating involved in many of the Democratic Wins, to this day, I’ve seen nothing from Ronna McDaniel or any other Republican with a plan to deal with ballot harvesting, mail in ballots, early voting, etc.

So is that why they're trying all those corrupt lawfare attempts against Trump and not DeSantis? Face it. Trump leads DeSantis by a mile and Democrats are far more worried about Trump than anybody else - and for good reason.
