Leo Dee announces intention to sue CNN for 'shootout' comments, says he rejected Christiane Amanpour's email apology.
Leo Dee, who lost his wife and two of his daughters in a terror attack, has announced that he will sue CNN for comments claiming they were "killed in a shootout." Speaking to i24NEWS, Dee said, "The fact that they said they were killed, and not brutally murdered by evil Palestinian terrorists funded by Iran is the typical CNN-ism, where they basically try like this comparison between the victim and the terrorist."
"Christiane Amanpour wrote me a brief email apologizing for any misunderstanding that might've been caused by the fact that she called it 'killing by a shootout,'" he added. "Of course, it's not worth the paper it's printed on, because when you make a statement in front of a hundred million people on prime time television and then you apologize in an email to a single person, it has one one-hundred-millionth of the impact." Dee also told i24NEWS about his "interesting" conversation with the head of CNN's Jerusalem bureau, noting that, "It did make me wonder the level of humanity." As of this writing, CNN had not yet replied to i24NEWS' request for comment. .. In her comments, CNN host Christiane Amanpour claimed, "The mother and two Israel-British sisters – they were killed in a shootout," seemingly implying that the victims of terror were also shooting. In her email apologizing to Dee, Amanpour also expressed her condolences, ..

On May 11, HonestReporting exposed an offensive throwaway comment by Amanpour during an interview with the Palestinian prime minister on her show the previous month. https://honestreporting.com/outrage-cnn-wont-publicly-apologize-over-amanpours-shootout-comment/
The woman is pure evil. She prefers terrorists receiving special words to help coverup their evil and hers
She’s just a Lil aisha.
She’s just a Lil aisha.
Amanpour has always been wrong, especially on the middle east. Cnn-ism and Haaretzism the same difference.
She sure hates Jews and Israelis. Period. And her reporting reflects that.
She does like blood on her hands and mouth
She’s Iranian married to aJewish man, btw
God forbid her family be caught in a shoot-out
Or targeted for apostasy
Brave man, grieving husband and father
See my post above
Her husband is Jewish…her children at least half
This is a person who had a painting hanging in her apartment that glorified the 9/11 WTC attacks.
Christine Amanpour is a dead woman walking. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2020. Only 10% are alive after 7 years.
Yes, that same pro Islamist crimes.
"Less than 24 hours after Rabbi Leo Dee announced, at the memorial lecture for.. Yoav Boteach, his plans to sue @CNN for $1.3 billion for defaming and desecrating the memory of his martyred wife and two daughters, CNN, and one of its most distinguished anchors, Christiane Amanpour, was forced to capitulate and retract their nauseating lie about how they were murdered." Stating she will apologize on air.
This illustrates just how these sloppy/malicious ‘journalists’ personally editorialize the news, AS IF no one will notice or that everyone will accept their BS!
It’s been going on a very long time!
Her children are not Jewish unless they are his children by another Jewish woman, or they converted. Only Jewish if your mother is Jewish. I have followed her for many years, and she has always been pro Palestinian and anti Israel. I don’t know if she is anti semitic or not. Many Israeli Jews had Israel as well, but I know many mixed marriages where the Jewish Husband hates the non Jewish wife, and vice versus. She has reported for decades like she hates Jews, so maybe she does.
I still like Tom Shales description of her as a Globetrotting Fancypants.
Well, maybe 2 million people.
