I assume you say that because you'd find the woman not guilty/not responsible. OK,he might have shoplifted. OK,stores like CVS,Walmart and Dollar General are fed up with shoplifters. But there was no justifications for what she did.

Seems to me that the only hope Dollar General has is to convince the jury that she was just a crazy person and that they can't be held responsible. I'd wager that such an attempt would fail.

Recently it has crossed my mind that I might want to volunteer for jury duty if that’s possible where I live. Now that I’m retired, it wouldn’t be a problem.
