Jayapal Lectures GOP for Revealing Murder Case Details, Then Exposes Minor MS-13 Suspect’s Name

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) entered into public record the previously undisclosed name of a 17-year-old illegal alien murder suspect while she was admonishing House Republicans Tuesday during a congressional hearing for revealing details of the case.

Jayapal, ranking member on the Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, appeared to have accidentally exposed the name, which appeared in the subject line of an email from Health and Human Services (HHS) that she made public during the hearing.

It’s not just a-hole leftists, in most states it is the law. If/when a court certifies the 17-year-old as an adult, then his name can be disclosed. The laws regarding juveniles is complex and at times maddening. What’s even worse is on becoming an adult, the juvenile record, in most cases, vanishes and the first adult crime is treated as a first offense.

Jayapal is a moron. However, withholding names and photographs of minor violent criminals is moronic, as well. The public has a need to know to protect themselves...now, more than ever, because the justice system is not protecting the public and is, more often, endangering the public by letting these CRIMINALS have free run without consequences. Names, photographs and addresses!!!!!
