Agreed. The FBI is the swamp. Once that monster has been tamed, politicians will watch their step again.
Close the FBI and replace with a fangless group. Cut the CIA and start to fire bureaucrats left and right.

EVERYTHING but what is constitutionally mandated and then trim their budgets to the bone.
